Amazon Certified Professional (ACCP)
The Amazon Certified Professional (ACCP) program allows individuals to prove their competence and commitment to the Service Desk and Cloud Computing sector. To earn the certification, participants must first pass either the Intersite Examining Cluster (IEC) or the Service Desk Infrastructure (SDI) earlier identified and then complete the ACCP certification training.
The main competency that participants must demonstrate to succeed in the training is the knowledge and accurate execution of specifications and codes defined in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Once participants have obtained certification, they must participate in either the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics or the International Society of Certified Engineers (ISCert) if they are eligible.
